Common Elements for Customization in Access Policy Manager
- On the Main tab, click.The Customization tool appears, in Basic Customization view.
- On the Main tab, click.The Customization tool appears in General Customization view, displayingForm Factor: Full/Mobile Browsersettings.
- On the Main tab, click.
- On the Main tab, click.The Customization tool appears in Advanced Customization view, displaying theForm Factor: Full/Mobile Browsersettings in the left pane.
- On the Main tab, click.
- From theViewlist, selectGeneral Customization.The Customization tool switches to General (tree) view.
- From theViewlist at the top right of the screen, selectAdvanced Customization.The Customization tool switches to the advanced view.
- Expand these folders.
- Expand these folders.
- Clickapm_full.css.Code displays in the right pane.
- Clicklogon.inc., same as above, right? cmc 12/2016Code displays in the right pane.
- Select all of the code in the right pane and replace it by pasting the contents of thelogon.inc-replacementfile in its place.
- In the left pane, select the Text tab.A navigation tree displays in the left pane.
- To select the BIG-IP Edge Client, in the left pane, expand the folders and navigate to, and clickBIG-IP Edge Client.
- On the menu bar, clickImage Browser.The image browser opens in a new screen.
- From the General Customization view, expand these folders.
- ClickAdvanced Customization Images.Ten image names and values display in the right pane. The value of any image that has not been replaced with a custom image is/public/images/my/tr.gif.
- Click the value of any image to replace it with a custom image.An icon displays at the end of the row.
- Click the icon.AReplacebutton displays below the row.
- ClickReplace.A popup screen opens displaying images that were imported into the image browser.
- At the top of the right pane, clickSave Draft.The name of the file that you saved now displays in italics.
- Navigate to the folder on your system with the template files.
- On the menu bar, clickSave.The name of any file that you saved as a draft changes to display without italics.
- On the menu bar, clickSave.
- Open theapm.css-addonfile with a text editor.
- Open thelogin.inc-replacementfile with a text editor.
- To change the label for any logon page input field (Username,Password, and so on), you can:
- Edit the logon page properties using the visual policy editor.
- Edit the logon page text from the General Customization view.
- Press Enter to finalize the change.The value in the field changes to something like/public/images/customization/Common/.ProfileName_act_logon_page_ag/imagexx_en.png
- Copy the value for the custom image from the field; save it in a memo or notepad file.
- From theForm Factorlist at the top of the Customization tool, selectFull/Mobile Browser.
- From theForm Factorlist at the top of the Customization tool, selectBIG-IP Edge Client.
- After you customize settings, click theSaveicon at the top of the Customization tool.
- From the General Customization view, expand theAccess Profilesfolder.Folders for each access profile display.
- Expand the folder for an access profile.
- Click theAdvanced Customization Imagessetting.Image names and values display in the right pane.
- Click the value for one of the images.If not already updated for use in advanced customization, the value is/public/images/my/tr.gif.A pulldown menu icon displays.
- Click the pulldown menu icon and clickReplace.A popup screen displays images.
- To choose an image, click it; then clickChange.The popup screen closes. A new value displays for the image.
- Press Enter to finalize the change, and clickSave.
- Click theSaveicon.
- To supply text or to replace existing text forCaption:
- Click in theValuefield.A pencil icon displays at the end of the field.
- Type your translated text and press Enter.
- To supply text or to replace existing text forDetailed Description:
- Click in theValuefield.A pencil icon displays at the end of the field.
- Type your translated text and press Enter.
- To customize text for additional languages, select a language, make the changes that you require, and clickSavebefore you select another language.
