Creating a custom
HTTP profile
This procedure should be performed only if SNAT or Auto Map is used for Source Address
Translation in the virtual server.
An HTTP profile defines the way that you want
the BIG-IP system to manage HTTP traffic.
- On the Main tab, click .The HTTP profile list screen opens.
- ClickCreate.The New HTTP Profile screen opens.
- In theNamefield, type a unique name for the profile.
- Select theCustomcheck box.
- In theInsert X-Forwarded-Forfield, selectEnabled.
- ClickFinished.
The custom HTTP profile now appears in the HTTP profile list screen.
