Webtops - Modern and Standard
You can customize the appearance of a webtop, including the layout of the webtop screen, images, and colors associated with the webtop. These are the settings shown on the Branding tab of the webtop.
Personalize webtop appearance settings to change the appearance and layout of specific webtops.

On the Main tab, click Access > Profiles / Policies > Customization > General.
The Customization tool appears in General Customization view, displaying Form Factor: Full/Mobile Browser settings.

In the left pane, expand the folders and navigate to Customization Settings > Webtops > webtop_name.

In the left pane, select the Branding tab.

Customize the settings for each individual element by clicking the element and changing the displayed settings.

After you customize settings, click the Save icon at the top of the Customization tool.
The webtop pages display your changes.
You can customize the following icons for connectivity status on the webtop. These settings are on the Branding tab under the webtop name.

Portal access timeouts cause special behavior on the portal access webtop screen. When the session reaches the session timeout guard time, BIG-IP Access Policy Manager displays a session timeout warning, and dims the screen behind the warning. Depending on the type of timeout, the user sees different choices. You can use the following options to customize and configure session timeout options. These settings are on the Branding tab under the webtop name.

Portal access connections include an optional hometab, which provides buttons and links for working with portal access and a URL bar. You can customize and configure the hometab with the following options on the Branding tab under the webtop name.

You can configure the appearance of the full webtop with these Branding settings. Some of the settings differ for policies created with the Customization Type set to Modern versus Standard (noted below). These settings are on the Branding tab under the webtop name.

You can create a custom header for the full webtop. These settings are only available if using the webtop with an access profile or per-request policy with the Customization Type set to Standard. The settings are on the Branding tab under the webtop name.

You set advanced customization images to make images you add through the image browser available to your advanced customization pages.
The Advanced Customization Images properties pages allow you to set advanced customization images from the image browser to associate with advanced customization image names. You can then use the image name to add an image to an advanced customization page.
To select an image from the image browser to associate with an image for advanced customization, click the button next to the current (or default) image name, and select Replace.
You can customize webtop settings, including the messages displayed when starting and closing the connection, and any error messages, for any language supported on the server. These are the webtop settings available under the webtop name on the Text tab.
A webtop must be assigned to an access profile to see and customize the webtop for the languages assigned to the access profile. If you customize a webtop that is not assigned to any access profile, you can customize the default set of languages only.
Localize webtop sections to configure captions and descriptions of them on a full webtop in a specific language.

At the top right of the Customization settings pane, select the Language for which to customize the caption and description for full and mobile browsers.

Type a Caption to provide a label for the webtop section on the full webtop.

Type a Detailed Description to provide a detailed description for the webtop section in the full webtop.

After you customize settings, click the Save icon at the top of the Customization tool.
