Creating parameter of data type URI

  1. On the Main tab, click
    Security
    Application Security
    Parameters
    Parameter List
    .
    The
    Parameter list
     screen opens.
  2. Click
    Create
    .
    The
    Create New Parameter
     screen opens
  3. In the
    Parameter Name
     field, type the name for the parameter.
  4. If required, uncheck the
    Perform Staging
     field to enable enforcing mode.
  5. In Data Type section, select the
    Data Type
     field as
    URI
     from the dropdown.
  6. Check the
    Is IP Address
     field if the parameter value carries the IP address as URI, else, uncheck the field.
  7. Click
    Create
     and then
    Apply Policy
    .
