Monitoring Leaked Credential Check
You can monitor the status of the Leaked Credential Check service on the Cloud Services screen and in the system log: /var/log/asm.
On the Cloud Services screen, the ball icon next to the Leaked Credential Check service denotes the service status.
| Color | What happened | Message | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blue | Service is not configured | N/A | Configure the service. |
| Green | Connection with match / non-match for a request | Operational | Nothing |
| Yellow | There is a connection but it times out. | Connection timeouts | Service or network issue. Check that there is a stable connection to the service. |
| Red | Subscription has ended. | Plan limit exceeded | Renew the subscription. |
| Subscriber ID was not found. | API key not found | You are not registered or cancelled your registration. | |
| There is an issue with the connection to the service. | Failed to verify the signature | Disable and re-enable the service. | |
| The Jwt token has expired | |||
| A connection is not established. | Connection problem | There is a networking issue or the service is down. Verify that there is a stable connection to the service. |
