Assigning Bot Defense Profile to Virtual Server

Before assigning a Bot Defense profile to Virtual Server, configure a Bot Defense profile in either Standard or Enterprise service level, refer to Configuring Bot Defense in Standard Service Level.

Use this task to assign the Bot Defense profile to Virtual Server.

  1. On the Main tab, click Local Traffic > Virtual Servers > Virtual Server List.

    The Virtual Server List screen displays the list of Virtual Servers in the system.

  2. Select the Virtual Server to which you want to assign the Bot Defense profile.

  3. In the SaaS Services tab, set the Bot Defense field to enabled and select the Bot Defense profile.

  4. Click the Update button.

    The Virtual Server is ready to process the traffic and send it to the Shape server.
