Okta API or connectivity errors
Errors are logged into /var/log/apm. Okta API or connectivity errors cause the Okta MFA agent to follow the fallback branch and write the error content to the log.
If you have issues and need help with debugging, you can edit the APM log settings. In Access > Overview > Event Logs > Settings, in the Access System Logs, under HTTP Connector select Debug.
