Relaxed Protocol Compliance Rules for External Sites
Relaxed HTTP Protocol Compliance enables you to select Transparent HTTP profiles to ease enforcement for non-compliant websites. You can configure an HTTP Transparent profile in the Interception Rules Configuration of an Outbound topology and in the HTTP Service Configuration. You can configure an HTTP Transparent profile in Interception Rules or in the HTTP Service Configuration of an Outbound topology
- On the Main tab, click SSL Orchestrator ›› Configuration.
- Select the required topology and add relevant details.
- Navigate to the Services Tab.
- Add a Name and Description for the Service.
- In the Proxy Type field, select Transparent from the available options. The HTTP Profile Dropdown will appear in the configuration interface.
- From the HTTP Profile dropdown, choose the default HTTP Transparent Profile provided by the system or select a custom transparent profile if available.
- Add other details as per your requirement.
- Click Save to save your configuration.
- On the Main tab, click SSL Orchestrator ›› Configuration.
- Type a name for the topology. Select L3 Outbound topology.
- Add relevant details for SSL Configuration, Authentication, and so on.
- Navigate to the Interception Rules tab.
- Locate the L7 Profile dropdown under the interception rules configuration.
- Select an HTTP Transparent from the dropdown to enable relaxed HTTP protocol compliance.
- Add other details as per your requirement.
- Click Save to save your configuration.
Note: By default, the topology specific http profile is used, which will be created during the deployment.
