F5OS software download and import
Before you upgrade or install your system, you need to download the latest F5OS software image files from the F5 downloads site at downloads.f5.com. The rSeries systems run F5OS-A software, and the image file name includes a reference to the model number (for example, R5R10 for r5000 or r10000 Series platforms).
After you have downloaded the image files, you can use either the CLI or webUI to import the image files onto your rSeries system.
