Supportability overview
If you need to troubleshoot issues with your system, these are some of the options available to help you:
- QKView
- tcpdump
- platform.log file
Many functions in the system will log events to the platform.log file. In the CLI, you can use the file list path command to view the files in the log/system directory.
You can also search the AskF5 Knowledge Center or if you haven’t already done so, create a service request at my.f5.com.
