Import the SFC controller package
Before doing this task, make sure you have downloaded the SFC controller package from the F5 Networks downloads site.
You must import the downloaded SFC controller RPM package from your client system to the BIG-IP system that you intend to use as the SFC controller.
Note: To perform this task, you must have the Administrator user role assigned to your BIG-IP user account, and you must have permission to access the advanced shell on the BIG-IP system.

On the client system, open a browser window, and in the URL field, type a management IP address of the BIG-IP system.
This displays the login screen for the BIG-IP Configuration utility.

Log in to the BIG-IP Configuration utility, using your administrative credentials.

On the Main tab, click iApps > Package Management LX.
The Package Management LX screen opens.

Click Import.

For the File Name setting, click Browse to navigate to the SFC controller RPM package.

Select the name of the SFC controller RPM package.

Click Open.

Click Upload.
The system uploads the SFC controller RPM package to the BIG-IP system, into the iAppLX interface.
