Overview: Automated
system responses to alerts
FPS allows you to define automated system responses that the BIG-IP
system performs after it sends alerts to the FPS Dashboard. You define system responses according
to the alert type, such that one type of response can be defined for any one given alert
type.
You can define automated system responses to perform the following actions:
- Redirect the client's browser to a URL
- Automatically block a user from a web site
- Automatically track a user's web activity
- Post user information to a web service
