API Protection Overview dashboard charts
The API Protection Overview Dashboard displays several charts that can be used for troubleshooting API servers.
| Chart | Use |

| Server Health | For each backend API server or server pool, shows successful and failed connections and responses. You can determine whether any of the servers or pools is experiencing a high number of failed connections. (APM required) |
| Proxy Rejections and Server Errors | For each API protection profile, displays the number of access rejections (such as authentication failure and classification errors), rejections as a result of rate limiting, and problems due to errors concerning the backend API server. Refer to Server Health to see which API protection profile is associated with each server. If using Advanced WAF, this chart also shows Security Events that have occurred. |
| Security Events | For each API protection profile, shows the number of web application attacks, violating source IP addresses, and malicious transactions. (Advanced WAF/ASM provisioning required) |
| Response Time Range | Shows the average response time for clients accessing API services through each API protection profile. The average is calculated over the time period selected at the top of the dashboard: From the last (Hour, Day, Week, Month, or Year). |
